Dealing with the team at Country Pak is always a good experience. They are friendly, efficient, and very good at communication. They have a very good understanding of our business needs, and their personal touch is much appreciated. They will go out of their way at times to help us out. Even though we are in country WA they will take the time to make a personal onsite visit, help with layouts, provide useful suggestions, and provide or replace any display equipment we need. Country Pak have been part of our success story from old to new with regular visits (we are 2 hours from Perth) for change of seasons ensuring our new Fruit & Veg fridges look vibrant and full. We are community owned and Country Pak support the things that are important to us eg. Fruit & Veg donations for our local school, Christmas hamper for our instore Community Christmas prizes. Yes, we have little things go wrong but Country Pak service is just awesome!
